Information we take about yourself and how we use it for you

1) Information that you permit us on In-App Disclosure to store and process:
1a) when you log in from Google, we take your user name, email, profile picture to provide you the best offers that you like most.
1b) If allowed, we can track your location through GPS based on your SIM card, IP address or mobile device location settings to provide you localized advertisements and personalized Contents.
1c) If allowed, we access your Phone to read phone status, identity and Unique device ID of your device.
1d) We may also access to know your installed applications to provide you personalized offers (Install Offers what you liked the most). But we will not collect any form of private content.


2) Information that you provide to us during usage of our service:
2a) When you connect  to our application, we may take some non-personal data about yourself like the Android model, version, and browser, resolution of your mobile phone, IMEI, Language, network, unique mobile identifier, Mobile carriers, Cookies and other such information
2b) We store the data when you do google sign in which include your Name, Email address
2c) We also store your PayTM number which you fill while registeration
2d) We store your information like Name, Email address/Phone number and other similar information when you communicate to us
2e) We also keep a record of your usage history like Clicks on different Events, Exit pages/Screens on our services etc. to improve your experiences better with us.

6b) If you invite your friends and he/she enter your Invite code you will get ₹2 when your friend download and register in this app

6d) When your balance reaches Rs 50 only, you can apply for withdrawing of your money (max 40% of wallet balance) to your Paytm account and it will be transferred within 4-7 business days
6e) We pay you after the deduction of some charges (including admin charge 20 – 30% of the whole redeem amount)
6f) If you do complete the offers listed in the app you will get some money.

7) COMMON POINTS TO BE AWARE OF IN TRANSACTION RULES
7a) We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information regarding your Paytm account or any other information. Authenticity is your own responsibility
7b) Registering bulk virtual phone numbers (E.g. from “TextNow” application) to get OTP to register and fill in the invitation code to earn money illegally is subject to legal actions as per rules of Govt. of India
7c) We don’t pay to Non-Indian registered numbers
7d) If you use the same phone or emulator to fill in a number of Invitations and If you are logging in with multiple accounts repeatedly with the same cell phone or by using app-dividing software, These actions are subjected to Illegal activities and we may take legal actions against the user if applicable.


8) Children Under the age of 18 years:
The InstallPe Products and Services are not intended for the children below the age of 18 years and InstallPe products are strictly prohibited for children less than 13 years old.


9) Advertisements Network and Third Party Services
9a) Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as name, email or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks.
9b) We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use to particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
9c) We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include personal loan offers, shopping offers and others. We may become a distributor or may affiliated with an ad agency or company promoting their products in InstallPe.
9d) We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government Institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of Govt of India.
9e) We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.


10) International Users:
Your personal and non-personal information may be stored and processed in any countries where we provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and using our Application you consent to transfer your personal and non-personal information to us despite the fact that different countries have different data protection rule.  If you object to your Personal/non-personal Information being processes as described in this Policy, Please do not use this Application. According to California Civil Code section 1798.83, California residents reserve the right on the disclosure of their personal information to third parties.
